Registration Forms




NSSC Fall/Winter Registration:

For all members the following paperwork must be read, completed, signed and submitted to the NSSC administration prior to on ice activities.

Block 1
  • Location: Seymour Hannah Arena, 240 St. Paul Street St. Catharines
  • Timing: 6 - 8pm.

There are a limited number of spots available. There is an option to do either a 2 hour or 1 hour block. Please contact us for specific information and specific fees. At this time we are at maximum capacity of skaters.

Possibile membership opportunities may be available in November.

Rowan's Law

All participants under the age of 26 must read a Ministry Approved Concussion Awareness Resource. There are specific Concussion Awareness Resources for the following age groups:


The Ontario Speed Skating Concussion Code of Conduct must be signed by all skaters under the age of 26 (parent for those under 18) confirming they have reviewed the appropriate concussion resource and commit to the Concussion Code of Conduct.

NOTE: Regardless of age, ALL skaters must sign as well a parent/guardian signature is required for those under 18.

Hard copies are available at the Bill Burgoyne Arena during practice times from administration.
